Boycey’s Wood Fired Pizza is a newly established business. They offer something quite fun and unique that is completely different as far as catering is concerned. Based in Southampton, Boycey’s use a mobile wood fired pizza oven. The oven burns around 700 degrees which enables multiple pizzas to be cooked in around two inutes The oven is fired with Applewood which gives the pizzas their unique flavour. All base sauces are homemade, using the highest grade of flour imported from Italy and all fresh ingredients are bought from local farms.
